Question for anyone wearing a fitted silk/satin dress...

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone else who is wearing a fitted silk/satin dress is worried about the crease lines that develop across the abdomen...any tips for this problem?  I would like to prevent them from being too obvious-especially before the wedding ceremony.  I really hadn't thought of this issue until my first fitting when they made the dress actually fit me and they were already starting to form just during that short time Frown
