I'm having what they call a 'mini reception' . Our wedding will be an outside garden ceremony and then we move the 25 guests to the carriage house of the bed amd breakfast where we are getting married. The whole event is 2 hours start to finish. The mini reception includes a champagne toast and cake with coffee and tea. We are making our own music cd's to play while the guests mingle with one another. Very simple .
Hi Soon2BMrsTaraschi,My wedding is also small of about 30 people, and we are having a ceremony outside in the garden, follow by cocktail hour in the garden as well, and a sit down lunch in doors. Hopefully, the sit down, the speech by the groom and/or MOH and the tossing of bouquet, garter and the cake cutting will be sufficient entertainment.We are planning to see if we can get a trio or pianist.
