New Mexico Wedding-Help

We are trying to have our wedding in Las Cruces, New Mexico but live in GA.  Most of our family's live out toward the West.  If anyone could help suggests places to get married in NM that would be wonderful.  We also want to bring in our own food, not use someone else's caterer.  Thanks for any help.  Smile

How big of a wedding?? ..and in June right?...it's hot.  Inside, Outside...Church??

The wedding size if everyone showed would be 40 (45 including us)  Not counting on everyone showing.  But at least most.  It would have to be in July because of the school schedules.  Our kids get out in May-start in Aug, but my bros kids get out in June-start in Sept.  AAAGGGGHHHH.  That put a hard ship on us.  Oh well.  :)  Since it will be hot-hopefully inside-but not in a church.  Anything will help.  Thanks  (most of his family is in Las Cruces.)
