Tacky to sing at your own wedding?: Posted: Jul 27, 2007 4:26 PM; I love to sing and have a pretty good voice. My fiance and I are planning small surprises for each other on our wedding day, and instead of a gift I thought I could sing him a song. Would it be tacky to sing at my own wedding? Its a very romantic song and I'm thinking I would sing it at the reception. The song's called "That's All" and was featured in The Wedding Singer. I'm not worried about embarrassing myself, but I want to know if it sounds tacky or silly.

At the reception anyway, not a good idea to do it during the ceremony! lol I think it would be nice! I went to a wedding once, were the bride and her maids did a little lipsync/dance number for the groom. It was really cute! I can't remember the song....I can almost hear it in my head, but can't think of it! lol Cute little corny song, kind of like a mix of "Goin' to the chapel" and "The shoop shoop song".

The song is "That's All". Its been done by Sinatra and also Michael Buble.
