What will Jennifer Aniston wear to marry Justin Theroux? America is dying to find out. As a potential peek at things to come, we asked some of our favorite designers to dream up fantasy gowns for the star's nuptials.
How does Jennifer Aniston's movie star-next-door persona translate through the eyes of an Italian-Venezuelan designer? "She's the fun American girl," says Rafael Cennamo, "who is also very sophisticated and feminine." Since launching his eveningwear label in 2006, Cennamo has dressed such noted American girls as Beyoncé and Gwen Stefani, going on to debut his first bridal collection in 2010. Were Aniston another of his celebrity clients, Cennamo would dress her in a crepe bias-cut gown embellished with Chantilly lace and jeweled straps over a low-cut back. It's a relaxed-cum-glamorous gown that Cennamo envisions for a ceremony "not on the beach, but near it in Southern California—maybe near Malibu."
