Phew! After a whirlwind week of attending bridal show after bridal show, we can definitely say we've seen it all: the good, the bad, and the totally out-there. Check out our roundup of the three most outrageous gowns from bridal-market week:
1. Carolina Herrera—With its dramatic bustle and floral jacquard pattern, this number looks like it was snatched straight from the 18th century. And who said anything about a traditional veil? For this bride, a statement-making straw feather hat will do just fine.
2. Oscar de la Renta—Talk about adding a little color to your wedding dress! This navy tulle gown with metallic-butterfly embroidery is definitely not for wallflowers.
3. Vineyard Collection—While floral appliques were a major runway trend, this bloom bolero takes the cake. It just oozes dramatic, screen-siren glamour.
Would you wear any of these over-the-top frocks on your big day?
