My wedding-planning folder looks like an explosion of magazine scraps, vendor contracts, and invitation samples. No one warned me that I'd need a degree in operations management to plan this thing. Eeek! That said, I am super-excited about the new wedding templates at Google Docs, a.k.a. my Planning Fairy. These nifty tools help customize seating charts, catering menus, floral arrangements, and pretty much anything that requires a list. Now I can use the My Wedding Budget template to estimate just how much we can spend on wedding bands and favors. I was particularly happy to find the customizable address book, which lets friends and family update their mailing info. (The last thing we need is returned invitations.) Check out all 20 wedding planning templates. And while you're at it, enter a StyleMePretty.com contest for a free design consultation with Michelle Rago and a $500 gift certificate to Wedding Paper Divas.
