Outdoor weddings look so peaceful, so charming, so...fun! A small-scale BBQ in your backyard, a full-blown tent (complete with chandeliers!) on a ranch, a seaside wedding in the Bahamas—they all sound great. But lately, we've heard from guests who've had to cope with high-heels sinking into the grass, obnoxious mosquitoes, and the most dreaded wedding menace of all: rain. If you're a prepared bride (think: bug spray, shade from the sun, refreshing drinks and bathroom facilities for guests) it can be a great experience.
