So a bunch of us were talking yesterday about party food that we love, and there are definitely two camps. Camp A—let's call them the Tuna Casseroles—say that wedding food is tastiest when it's simple and homey. They like finding a buffet groaning with fried chicken, mac & cheese—you get the picture. Camp B—the Tuna Tartares—feel that weddings call for a more elegant approach to cooking. Lobster bisque and a beautiful piece of salmon do it for them. So here in the office, it's a toss-up.
