WATCH: A Santa Barbara Wedding Video So Cute You'll Play It Again and Again

Real Weddings

Summer—otherwise known as wedding season—is just around the corner, which means most of you anxious brides-to-be are getting closer and closer to saying "I do." Whether you're nearly done planning or looking for last-minute ideas to further personalize your parties, there's one surefire way to get the inspiration flowing: Seeing how other couples celebrate their own big day. Our real weddings video channel, which is packed with beautiful videos of brides and grooms tying the knot across and country and abroad, is packed with enough wedding ideas to keep you busy all weekend. But the one sweet celebration we can't get enough of comes courtesy of Joel Serrato, who captured Emily and David's absolutely charming Santa Barbara wedding.

First and foremost: There's something undeniably sweet about Joel Serrato's aesthetic. His artistic point of view, nostalgic film making style, and beautiful Super 8 creations make for memories you'll want to watch again and again. And this video was no exception! Emily and David's wedding was everything we think of when we hear about a couple's summer celebration. From their invitations (which were complete with a vintage air mail-inspired RSVP card and kraft paper details) and outdoor ceremony to their barn dinner and game-filled reception, this is exactly the type of wedding we'd love to be invited to.

Natural-inspired details and décor ruled at this summery bash and Emily and David totally nailed the laid-back vibe they were going for. Popcorn for guests to nibble at the ceremony? Check. A four-piece bluegrass band, complete with banjo player? Check. Talk about keeping your guests comfortable! We also love how the bride walked down the aisle hand-in-hand with her flower girl, toting one of the prettiest bouquets we've seen to date.

Things only got better from there. Guests played lawn games during cocktail hour, sipped watermelon mojitos and ginger mules, and munched on delicious fare. Then, at the barn reception, everyone settled in for a candlelit dinner while playing bingo with the bride and groom.
