Is Justin Bieber giving up his wild ways? Well, not quite yet. But the "Sorry" singer is talking about his future plans to settle down, proving he's just a family man at heart. And his recent revelations have got us hearing wedding bells for him and girlfriend Hailey Baldwin. Think their first dance will be to one of Justin's own tunes? (That just seems like the sort of thing the Biebs would do, doesn't it?)
The much-talked-about singer recently sat down with our friends at Glamour, revealing his thoughts for the future. "I'd love to be settled down by the age of 30," Bieber shared, after sounding off with an enthusiastic "Yes!" when asked if he wanted kids and revealing that his biggest dream is "to have a family of my own." But a wife and kids in eight years? The 22-year-old pop star better start getting serious. (Let us not forget that the average engagement in the United States lasts a year to about a year and a half, after all.)
Bieber also discussed what he looks for in an ideal mate, telling the publication that he's drawn to, "a genuine heart and a great sense of humor." Is that what he found in Hailey Baldwin, we wonder? Bieber and the fashion model have been linked since New Year's when they were spotting engaged in some serious PDA. However, Bieber previously told GQ that he doesn't want to get serious too quickly with his new leading lady. "I know that in the past I've hurt people and said things that I didn't mean to make them happy in the moment," he explained. "So now I'm just more so looking at the future, making sure I'm not damaging them. What if Hailey ends up being the girl I'm gonna marry, right? If I rush into anything, if I damage her, then it's always gonna be damaged. It's really hard to fix wounds like that... I just don't want to hurt her."
Still, we have our fingers crossed for these two! "We spend a lot of time together," Bieber also said of their relationship, describing the beautiful Baldwin to GQ as "someone I really love." Too sweet, Biebs!
