So far, mom-to-be Nicky Hilton Rothschild has kept her first pregnancy with husband James Rothschild under wraps. But the posh and pregnant fashion maven finally debuted her baby bump at AmfAR's annual New York Fashion Week Gala Wednesday night. Showing off her growing belly in a sheer, white lace gown, Hilton finally gave us a sneak-peek of her (very, very, very tiny) baby-to-be!

Remember when Audrina Patridge showed off her slightly-swelling stomach on Instagram, asking her fans, "Burrito or baby?" Well, Nicky's bump looks more like "baby or a small side salad." The mom-to-be had that undeniable pregnancy glow about her when she strutted along the AmfAR red carpet with sister Paris, but her baby-on-board tummy is still teeny-tiny if you ask us! Definitely more of a mini-bump than a baby belly! However, both Hilton sisters sound totally thrilled for all the changes ahead. "I am so excited," said Paris of her little niece or nephew on the way. "I can't wait to be an aunt. My sister is thrilled."

Last month, Nicky and her hubby were spotted shopping at Pottery Barn Kids in Los Angeles, so they're apparently already quite busy with their expectant parent plans. (Just imagine how chic that nursery will be... Can we live there?) But as of now, it doesn't look like Nicky's baby bump will be giving us any clues to the gender of her little one. "She's so tiny right now you can't even tell [she's pregnant]," Paris explained to People magazine. "Usually you can tell with the size if it's maybe a boy or girl, but we have no idea."

But even as the mom-to-be's bump blossoms, Hilton and Rothschild plan to keep the sex of their little one under wraps. "They want it to be a surprise," said Paris. But with a fashionista like Nicky for a mom (remember her fairytale Maison Valentino wedding gown?), boy or girl, this is bound to be one well-dressed newborn.
