A new fashion power couple has been born! Renowned fashion designer Tory Burch announced her engagement to beau, and CEO of the LVMH Fashion Group, Pierre-Yves Roussel, just days after ringing in the New Year. The stunning designer used the power of social media to announce her newly minted status with a touching picture of her and her new groom-to-be — and a snapshot of her seriously ginormous engagement ring!
The 49-year-old fashion designer, and maker of all things elegantly chic, took to Instagram to publicly announce the news with a sweet snapshot of her and her forever beau. The photo shows the blonde entrepreneur both physically, and now metaphorically, linked to her love of one-and-a-half years with the simple caption, "We are tying the knot...#blessed #engaged #happynewyear."

But only Burch knows how to fashionably one-up her own engagement. The "Tory Sport" founder posted a photo just one day before publicly announcing her engagement that helped clear up one simple detail...her ring! The photo shows Burch looking chicer than ever while kayaking in the West Indies showcasing her newest style for her latest athletic clothing endeavor, "Tory Sport," Popsugar reports. One thing that's not for sale in the photo? The gigantic diamond sparkler resting on the fashion mogul's ring finger. Burch's newest bling is so big that its shine is impossible to miss! The bride-to-be elegantly dismissed the view of her new bling by captioning the rumor-fueling photo with, "Brilliant day in @torysport torysport.com," followed by an endless amount of related hashtags. This blonde beauty certainly knows how to be her number one seller!
Burch, who founded her fashion label back in 2004, began dating her beau back in the summer of 2014 when Roussel was exploring the American Market for LVMH, The New York Times reports. They have already been seen at numerous fashion events like the Givenchy show in New York, where they mingled with Vogue editor-in-chief (and possible wedding guest?) Anna Wintour.
But this blonde bride-to-be is no stranger to being paired with successful men. Burch was previously married to real-estate tycoon, Harry B. Macklowe, and the owner of the fashion brand, C. Wonder, J. Christopher Burch, People reports. The successful entrepreneur divorced Burch back in 2006, but continued to use his famous surname.
