There must be something in the water over at the Dancing with the Stars rehearsal studio... So many of its pirouetting pros are getting hitched! Back in August, Julianne Hough announced her engagement to NHL player Brooks Laich, Maksim Chmerkovskiy recently surprised his girlfriend, Peta Murgatroyd, with an on-stage proposal, and just last weekend Witney Carson tied the knot with her high school sweetheart. Yes, love is definitely in the DWTS air, and Julianne Hough is here to tell you all about it!
Entertainment Tonight caught up with the dance pro on last night's People's Choice Awards red carpet, where she dished on what it's like to be heading down the aisle alongside her fellow DWTS regulars — and why she's turning out to be the worst bride of the bunch!
"Dancing with the Stars has always been my family, so the fact that we're all embarking on these big milestones in our lives at the same time is pretty awesome," Hough shared. "I think we're all just getting older and growing up, what's happening?!"
Meanwhile, we're wondering what's happening with all those wedding planning details! But as it turns out, planning her nuptials is the last thing on this dancer's mind at the moment! "I haven't even thought about it," she said. "I'm, like, the worst bride ever." Though Hough recently hinted at a winter wedding, she's currently super busy rehearsing for the upcoming TV production of Grease: Live. Hopefully this bride-to-be has more time for wedding planning after the show airs on January 31st. Come on, Hough, you've got a first dance to choreograph!
