WATCH: Stone Fox Bride's Molly Guy Shares a Behind-the-Scenes Look at Her Studio

Wedding Dresses

Since the launch of boho bridal brand Stone Fox Bride in 2010, the NYC showroom has become an oasis for alternative brides looking to inject a bit of personal style on their big day. This fall, creative director Molly Guy teamed up with fashion maven Savannah Miller to launch their cool-girl bridal collection that boasts romantic, slinky gowns and bohemian-chic wedding dresses. To celebrate their collaboration, Guy gave us an exclusive behind-the-scenes sneak peek of the brand's whimsical studio and dished on all things bridal — including her biggest wedding dos and don'ts and revealing her most unforgettable wedding-day moment.

Dubbed the "fox den," Guy gave us a tour of the airy, bright-hued, and confetti-laced Stone Fox studio — a charming space lined with racks of wedding dresses where all the magic comes to life. Taped along the walls, Guy shares her dazzling collection of images that serves as the brand's inspiration board, showcasing photos that spark feelings of "love, warmth, union, and connection," she says, and featuring nostalgic snapshots of couples in love like John Lennon and Yoko Ono (Guy's parents also make an appearance!)

Serving as the bridal guru for nontraditional brides everywhere, we had to get the low-down on Guy's top wedding tips. One major etiquette wedding-guest no-no according to Guy? "Anything that competes with what the bride is wearing including any shade of white, ivory, or champagne," she says, in addition to a common wedding favorite — flower crowns! We also got the creative director to spill on her favorite wedding memory, which involves an Aston Martin, the Williamsburg Bridge, and an incredibly sweet moment in a surprisingly unconventional setting. Let's just say, this is one wedding moment that brides-to-be will totally swoon over.
