Now this is what we call a home run proposal! San Francisco Giants player Hunter Pence just pulled off an epic Disney World proposal to his girlfriend, Alexis Cozombolidis, E! News reports. And guys, it's big. Like Cinderella's castle, fireworks kind of big. But would you really expect anything less from a Giant?
This sweet (and sneaky!) baseball star was super slick with this over-the-top surprise! After convincing his now-fiancée that they were in "The Happiest Place On Earth" to simply film an interview discussing their favorite Disney memories, the couple headed to a romantic, fireworks lookout point. You know where this is going...
Standing on a balcony, overlooking Cinderella's castle in the distance, the magical moment had arrived. Pence dropped to one knee and said, "From this trip, my best memory I think is right now." Cue those perfectly-timed fireworks!
"Alexis, I've loved you from the second that I laid eyes on you," the Giants player continued, shakily. "You have made me such a better man... You're my best friend, you're my soul mate," he said in the video Disney posted of the priceless proposal.
Pence just barely got those four little words out of his mouth before the ecstatic Cozombolidis kissed her handsome prince in front of Cinderella's castle and a fairytale fireworks show. "There's no way I would ever say no," she said smiling at her new fiancé (and some pretty impressive engagement bling!). Pence, you've just knocked it out of the (theme) park!
