She's taken! Mary-Kate Olsen stepped out for a cigarette break with her twin sister Ashley on December 8, sporting her new wedding ring. Olsen's dainty gold wedding band peeked out from her long-sleeved sweater as a chic reminder of her newly married status, which is a large (no pun intended) change from her 1953 vintage Cartier 4-carat sparkler of an engagement ring! The twins were looking very coordinated, wearing matching ivory coats, black sunglasses, and sipping coffee all while puffing on their Marlboros.
The 29-year-old actress and fashion designer married Olivier Sarkozy in an intimate Manhattan wedding last month, with only about 50 guests in attendance. This is her first marriage, and the French banker's second (he has two children by his ex wife). The pair had been engaged since March 2014, after Olsen was seen shopping for engagement rings at Neil Lane's Los Angeles boutique several times last year.
Sticking true to one of her infamous vices, MK served "bowls and bowls of cigarettes" as one of the wedding favors, which guests smoked all night. While many Full House cast members were not included on the small guest list, several of her former costars weighed in about the wedding, most notably Candace Cameron Bure. Elle reports that the actress had a lot to say about the twins' smoking habits, "I'm not a smoker, so I might not have had so much fun. I'm really happy for Mary-Kate though. I really am."

David Coulier and Bob Saget, Olsen's on-screen uncle and father, shared their congratulations for the fashion designer, with Saget telling Today "I'm very happy. I did send a Mazel Tov text. I love her very much. I hope that they're happy." Coulier and Stamos made similar statements, sending the couple his best wishes in true Uncle Joey and Uncle Jesse sentimental fashion.
We're happy that MK is settling down into married life in Manhattan!
