Instagram's cutest holiday bundle of joy, Spurgeon Seewald, is no stranger when it comes to posing in adorable newborn attire! New mom, and star of the TLC special, Jill & Jessa: Counting On, shared the sweet snap of her growing baby boy on Instagram with the caption, "Merry Christmas, y'all!" The photo shows baby Spurgeon decked out in a red and green onesie embellished by a set of red buttons. The new mom also kicked off the holiday season with a photo of baby Spurgeon wearing a "baby's first Christmas" pint-sized Santa hat.

The Seewalds, who welcomed their bundle of joy back in November, expressed their blissful feelings about parenthood in a recent blog post written on their family website. Posted around Thanksgiving, the touching blog read, "This Thanksgiving, one of the things we are grateful for is our precious son, Spurgeon Elliot," adding," We are so happy to be parents! As we are embarking on this journey of parenthood, we appreciate all of your prayers."

But where exactly did their new bundle of joy get his very unique name? The new parents, who announced their expectant baby boy just five months after tying the knot in their religious Arkansas ceremony, recently revealed to People the faith-based source of their son's name, which famously broke the chain of the Duggar's "J-moniker" spree. (Every Duggar kid is known to have a first name that starts with J!) Spurgeon, whose name comes from the origin Charles Spurgeon, was a British Baptist that was often regarded as one of the best-known preachers in England. "One guy that has really impacted my life is a great preacher of the past, Charles Haddon Spurgeon," Ben told the magazine. The new parents also commented on the importance of finding a "strong name, with a lot of meaning" favoring "heroes from the Christian faith."

Jessa's older sister, Jill (Duggar) Dillard, and husband, Derick, have also done their part in adding to the abundant family tree! The Duggar daughter welcomed son, Israel, after a grueling 70-hour birth. The new-mom, who managed to stay incredibly calm during the challenging labor, commented on her unique experience saying how the end result was "worth every single contraction."

Lucky for Spurgeon, Israel has been helping out his baby cousin in the style department by lending him some adorable hand-me-down clothes! Jessa posted a sweet photo on Twitter of her baby boy in a pair of striped overalls with the caption, "We're loving all of the cute-hand-me-down outfits from Israel," adding, "Little overalls are so adorable on baby boys!"
