Atlanta bride and mom Anna Bozman Thompson lost her son, Lake, six months ago to Leukemia. Weddings, although an incredibly joyous occasion, tend to make a loss feel even more apparent. When it came time for her big day, she felt an obvious unease without Lake by her side. To help include her little angel, as she calls him, in the celebration, she asked her wedding photographer to incorporate him in one of their images. The result is incredibly beautiful and, of course, touching.

Thompson asked photographer Brady Angel, who she met through her non-profit, Be the Change - Brady Angel Foundation, which photographs children with terminal illnesses, to include a faint image of Lake. Thompson shared the incredible image on her Prayers for Lake Bozman Facebook page and it's unsurprisingly garnered a lot of attention.

"Although I felt his presence that day and I was actually happy, it was almost unbearable to take family pictures without him. I could feel my emotions taking over after the ceremony when it was time to take pictures. I became anxious and almost irritated but I knew these pictures had to be taken," Thompson explained when she and her husband gathered to take their wedding portraits. "They turned out beautiful and thanks to my amazing photographer she was able to get some special edits done. I needed this picture more than she or anyone could ever know. THIS is my family. And we will be together again."

In another set of images, there was a strong light in the field that wouldn't change or move despite the different images they took. "It's unreal," Angel told the Daily News of the supernatural appearance. Thompson, however, wasn't too surprised. "I told you my baby would show up," Angel said Thompson told her when she mentioned the light in some of the photographs.
