"We wanted a classy-retro feel at the wedding so spent a ton to hire a 16-piece swing band to play Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller and Frank Sinatra tunes. The week before the big day I woke up in a cold sweat, screaming to my fiancé, 'We forgot to give the bandleader the playlist and they played Hot Hot Hot!' Yes, he thought I was crazy. Yes, I called the bandleader the next day. No, Buster Poindexter didn't make it to our reception — Thank goodness!" —Elura

"In one dream I stood at the altar speechless because I'd forgotten to write my vows...In another my dress fell off while walking down the aisle because I didn't do the proper alterations. But the wedding was perfect!" —Brittany

"I had a recurring dream that I would be so busy trying to fix my hair (I was doing my own on the day) that I'd miss what time it was and end up arriving at the venue too late (and apparently in a bathrobe) and all our guests would have left. Thankfully the day went off with no hairdo dramas or time related hitches!" —Hannah H.

"I'm getting married in 12 days. A few nights ago I dreamt I was in the bridal suite getting ready to put on my gown when the lady from the bridal salon shows up with my dress. Only it's a hideous pastel green with puffy sleeves — nothing close to my actual dress. I panicked and cried and pleaded with her to bring me the right gown. She said there was nothing she could do. I went into full Bridezilla mode, screaming. I woke up very upset but relieved it was a nightmare." —Angie

"I'm getting married in 10 days and the other night I dreamt I gave birth to a bunch of wedding projects. They were on the floor crying, screaming and demanding my attention. I ran from project to project — trying to care for them. It was so overwhelming I woke up in a cold sweat!" —Katlin

"I'm better as the cool girl in the corner versus the star of the show, which I was on my wedding day last April. In my dream a few nights prior I started walking down the aisle and as everyone turned to stare at me I noticed they were headless — except my groom. I guess it was my brain's way of reminding me the only attention that mattered was coming from my soon-to-be husband." —Allison

"My mom has been going above and beyond to make sure my bridesmaids luncheon will be the absolute best. In my nightmare we had the lunch an hour before the ceremony. The entire bridal party is sitting around in our pajamas — no makeup, hair not done... I didn't know where my dress was. I woke up so distraught I couldn't get it together to go to spin class!" —Hannah R.

"In a particularly vivid dream one tooth just fell out of my mouth. As I looked in the mirror more started to just crumble into almost ash. Even though it was 3AM I immediately googled and while there are several explanations, the one that resonated with me is that this dream represented a transition period in my life." —Einat
