Mallow Mallow (Above)
It's no surprise that this gourmet s'mores business started as an idea around a campfire just a couple of years ago. The husband and wife team of Mallow Mallow can either create you a cake (think gooey s'mores stacked up pyramid-style), set up a station at your wedding where guests can saunter up and a get a made-to-order dessert, or put together a cool, retro-looking favor box, containing everything your guests would need to make their own s'more at home (campfire optional). A Paleta is a tradional Latin American ice pop, usually made of fresh fruit with either a water or a cream base, and the perfect treat in warm temps. The founders of Si Paletas have taken the traditional formula and created a gourmet version with seasonal flavors like Lemon Blackerry Lavender, Mango Chili Lime or Avocado Chocolate (delicious we swear!). You can rent a paletas cart (the retro styling is seriously cute) and owner Jen Roper says it's the perfect treat to serve with pre-ceremony cocktails or as a healthy dessert option.

A cute, whimsical update on the fluffy stuff you used to eat at the fairground! Bon Puf uses only natural cane sugar and organic ingredients with flavors like Sugar Cookie or Honey Rose. These guys can show up with a super sweet cart and whip up big froths of colorful cotton candy while guests wait. They can even customize their cones and decorations to match your big day decor.

This Scandinavian candy store has become a hit among stylish candy-loving brides and grooms thanks to the fact that this Euro candy contains no artificial colors or corn syrup. With everything from chocolate-covered caramels to the perennial favorite gummy treats, these candy aficianados can put together a candy-style bar where guests can scoop together their own assortment, or Sockerbit (that's Swedish for sugar cube) will work with you to create cool custom-made boxes of your choice.

A Secret Forest
These suckers take lollipops to a whole new level! Not only are they made of organic fruit and extracts to create flavors like Blackberry with Rose and Violet Champagne but you can insert any edible image (say of the bride and groom) or trinkets like marzipan roses; literally anything is possible and the final result is a tiny work of art perfect for place settings or end-of-event goodie bags.
