Despite how much you've prepped and planned, there is still plenty to be done on the big day — beauty included. From priming your skin to getting enough sleep, here's every last-minute beauty tip you need to know for your wedding.

Prime your skin
Whether you're showering the night before or morning of, make sure to exfoliate your skin thoroughly and fully moisturize. Ensuring your skin is prepped for the major amount of makeup coming its way is never a bad thing.

Avoid as much alcohol, sugar, and salt as possible
Alcohol, sugar, and salt can leave you looking puffy and feeling not so great too (no one wants a sugar crash when it's time to say "I do"). Avoid both as much as possible until after the ceremony and portraits are over— then feel free to guzzle down as much celebratory bubbly, salty hors d'oeuvres and cake as you like!

Pay attention to your hands
There will be way more focus on your hands than usual on your wedding-day thanks to your new bling, so make sure they look picture perfect with as much extra moisturizer and exfoliation as possible. Of course, you'll want to have your manicure of your choice done the day before, and don't forget to have that same polish on hand for any last-minute chips or breaks!

Apply finishing spray
You've just paid to have a pro apply your makeup, so you'll want to make sure it lasts all night long! A setting spray will keep your look as fresh at the ceremony as it is through your exit. Also be sure to go over everything one more time with your makeup artist and hairstyles before they leave so you're confident in applying touch-ups throughout the night.

Equip your maid of honor with an emergency bag
This should include things like your lip and eye color, band aids, stain removal, oil blotters, bobby pins, tissues, Q-tips— the works! Your emergency kit is perfect for touch-ups and for any major faux pas throughout the celebration.

The more H20 the better the week, day before, and the day of your wedding— that way, your skin will not only glow as much as possible, you'll have a ton of energy to take on the biggest day of your life too.

Get a good night's sleep
Catching a good number of ZZZs is crucial to not only feeling good on your wedding day but looking good too. Make sure at the very least the night before you're wedding you're getting at least 8 hours — no bride wants massive bags under her eyes when she says "I do!"
