The Kardashian/Jenner clan (or, klan, if you will) is used to having their every move thrust into the spotlight — and, to some extent, they bring it on themselves, with their constant sharing on Instagram and their nearly eight-year-long stint as reality TV stars. So it's no surprise that the youngest member of the ubiquitous family is causing quite the excited raucous this week with just two photos, which are prompting all her fans to beg the question: "Is Kylie Jenner engaged?!"

The 17-year-old's relationship with 25-year-old rapper Tyga was brought to the forefront this week when the youngest Jenner, who turns 18 in less than two weeks, shared photos of herself that purposefully showcase two rings on her left ring finger — yes, that finger — leading her 30.5 million Instagram followers to wonder if she should update her Facebook status from "In a Relationship" to "Engaged" (or even "Married").

The first selfie was captioned "King Kylie," the name presumed to be given to her by Tyga, ET reports, who calls himself King Gold Chains on Instagram. The photo, which was posted Monday night, garnered over 1.2 million likes by Tuesday morning.

Looking over at little Kylie like..

While these photos — and the rings, specifically — are causing speculation, it's important to remember that Jenner has worn these pieces of bling before: She sported them on her ring finger at red carpet events, and in previous photos she's shared on social media. And, wearing a ring on your ring finger doesn't automatically make you engaged.

But the timing of Jenner's rumor-provoking photos is probably why folks are slightly freaking out. This post comes on the heels of her big sister Khloé defending Kylie's relationship with Tyga in the new issue of Complex, saying, "Kylie is not a normal 17-year-old."

On top of that, in the series premiere of I Am Cait, a television documentary of the gender transition of Caitlyn Jenner, the 17-year-old's grandmother tells her that she was 17 when she got married, to which Jenner replies, "Kind of like me." That line sent everyone into a serious rumor spiral. Which it seems, is just the Kardashian-Jenner way!
