For someone who has yet to get down on one knee, Ed Sheeran sure loves proposals. So much so, that he's a frequent facilitator of them!
Just this past weekend, the romantic singer/songwriter yet again helped a friend get engaged on stage at one of his concerts. During his performance at Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland he invited Glen Hansard and Kodaline up to perform with him. When the collaboration was nearing its end, Sheeran prompted Kodaline's bassist Jason Boland to propose to his music agent girlfriend Etaoin Corr.
Thank you to Kodaline and Glen Hansard for joining me on stage today to sing some tunes. And congratulations to Jay, what a way to propose !— Ed Sheeran (@edsheeran) July 25, 2015
To commemorate the occasion, Sheeran tweeted: "Thank you to Kodaline and Glen Hansard for joining me on stage today to sing some tunes. And congratulations to Jay, what a way to propose!"
Kodaline, too, posted a tweet from the sweet moment, with a picture of Jay down on one knee. "Congratulations to the newly engaged couple! Absolutely amazing! 2 down 2 to go #Jayton @JayKodaline @EtaoinCorr"
The newly engaged bassist wrote back to Sheeran: "What a night! Thanks so much @edsheeran for everything! What an amazing way to start the rest of our lives #jayton"

Corr showed off her round-cut ring ring with a twist paveé band in a heartfelt Instagram to their fans, Kodaline, and of course Sheeran.
Sheeran is no stranger to engagements. Just last week he helped Rixton's Jake Roche propose to Little Mix's Jesy Nelson at Manchester Arena.
It's not just fellow musicians he lends his helping hand, recently he told Entertainment Weekly he and his team field requests for proposals "every single day." "We always say no just because if it's planned, it looks planned," he said. "Yesterday we had a spontaneous one — a dude sitting in the second row, every now and then he'd pull out a banner that just said, 'Proposal on stage?' and then close it. And halfway through the gig I was like, 'F—it, just come up!' So that was cool. And I felt something because of that because it was so spontaneous — I got emotional watching it. So it just depends."
If he ever stops performing, Sheeran can definitely start a second career as proposal and wedding planner!
