Want to slim down for the big day but too nervous (and hungry!) to do a juice-only cleanse? We tested some of the top meal delivery services that (gasp!) actually let you eat. (All while saving you the time and hassle of having to cook and meal plan for yourself.) Here are four you'll love to try.

Sakara Life
Your tastebuds won't get bored noshing on these fresh, ready-made dishes. Some of our favorite options included a gluten-free fruit scone with a big scoop of dairy-free sweet cherry butter for breakfast (which our tester loved so much that she confessed to licking the container), a golden berry couscous salad with fresh herbs for lunch, and a kale salad with fruit for dinner. "The meals are innovative," our tester says. "They're not the same old thing you've seen a million times before." The only catch? If you're used to eating meat, this plan might leave you hungry. "If I did it again, I'd probably add my own grilled chicken or salmon to the salads sometimes to make them a little more filling," she adds; Sakara Life
Availability: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and Santa Barbara
Price: $99 for a one-day trial; $410 for five days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Pete's Paleo
Trying to convince your fiancé to get on a healthy-eating plan with you? Tempt him with this diet, which sends you gluten-free, organic meat entrées with fruit and vegetable sides. All you have to do is warm them up. The menu is seasonal, but could include elk burgers, seared steak, or chicken with spaghetti squash, plus snacks like trail mix and beef (or even duck!) jerky. The special sauce in this one, though, is the bone broth, which you sip alongside each meal. (Skin and digestion health are just a few of its reported benefits.) "If you're a meat lover, you definitely won't feel like you're sacrificing anything," our tester says. "PS: The chef is Le Cordon Bleu trained"; Pete's Paleo

Price: From $83 for five meals

Berry smoothies, citrus juices with beautifying ingredients like turmeric, tabouli salads, detox cookies with pumpkin seeds, and herbal tea comprise this vegan, gluten-free cleanse. (There's also a green juice with grapes in it — a nice change from your traditional green!) They're also open to substitutions, so if you have allergies, or don't like any of the ingredients listed on the menu, they'll concoct up something original — just let them know when you're ordering. Oh, and if you're really in it to win it, they have a 20-day bridal detox program, which includes a wellness journal, a personal consultation with a wellness coach, and menu plans for before and after the program; Joulebody

Price: From $79 for a one-day cleanse; $987 for the 20-Day Bridal Lifestyle Cleanse

Urban Remedy
If you're a level-five juicer (or need to wean yourself off a caffeine addiction), try this meal and juice plan, which is based off traditional Chinese medicine. Their three-day bridal kit has you start your day with a slimming ginger and peppermint tea. Breakfast and morning snacks include green and acai juices, which you mix with little vials called Youth and Diet Spikes. (Youth contains resveratrol, the super-antioxidant found in red wine, and Diet contains green tea and probiotics to support weight loss and boost metabolism.) Lunch could be a Mediterranean wrap with sweet potato hummus and cashew cheese, plus lemon almonds and a green juice for an afternoon snack. (Our tester had a soft spot for the lemon almonds — they were amazing!) For dinner, you could dig into a plate of zucchini fettuccine pesto, and wrap up the day with peppermint and ginger tea. "I didn't drink any coffee at all on this plan yet I didn't feel tired," our tester says. "One thing, though: Don't disregard the instructions it comes with. You'll need them, because this is one of the more involved cleanses"; Urban Remedy
