You know your hair will shine on your wedding day, but you're not the only one appearing in those portraits. Since your bridesmaids will be next to you every step of the way, their hair needs to look amazing, too. The most important thing to remember, says celebrity hairstylist Mara Roszak, is to let each 'maid's individuality shine through. If every member of your bridal party is forced to wear a style that doesn't work with their texture or length (or is just not "them") , they'll feel uncomfortable. And who wants that? That said, don't be afraid to give them a few ideas! Here are her picks for for easy, fuss-free looks they're sure to love.

Smooth, sideswept waves are pretty, classic, and perfect for a formal affair. To get the look, prep hair with a smoothing cream, like BlowPro Ready Set Blow Express Blow Dry Lotion ($21, available at Amazon) before blow-drying with a round brush, then wrap small sections of hair around a 1.25-inch curling iron. Part it to the side, run your fingers through the curls to break them up and create waves, and finish with a blast of strong-hold hairspray.

"It's so easy to pull off, and gives your bridesmaids a relaxed vibe," says Roszak. Start by applying texturizing mousse, like Oribe Surfcomber Tousled Texture Mousse ($28, available at Amazon), to damp hair, then rough-dry it, smoothing the top and front sections with a round brush. Then, spritz on a texturizing spray, like L'Oreal TXT IT Tousle Wave Spray ($8.29, available at Amazon) to give it some hold. Curl a few sections in different directions with a 1-inch iron, then gather hair to one side and create a simple braid. Loop the braid around itself into a chignon and pin it into place. Finish with hairspray.

Simple but stunning! Prep with texturizing spray, then blow-dry your hair so that it's smooth. Loosely curl random sections—some facing towards your face, others away—with a 1.5-inch iron, leaving the ends straight, so that you end up with a natural-looking, boho waves. Next, lift up one section towards the front of your head, and tease it with a comb to add extra volume. Twist it into a loose coil and pin it about an inch behind one ear, criss-crossing it with a second pin to keep it in place. For an extra touch, tuck a flower into the pin!

This wrapped-ponytail looks so much fancier than your average weekend style — and it's simple to do! Blow-dry your hair with a round brush, then add texture by working in a dry shampoo. Add in some curls with a 1-inch barrel iron, then separate your hair into three sections—one on each side of the front and one in the back. Gather up the hair in the back and tie with an elastic, then take each front section and cross it over the ponytail towards the opposite side of the head so that it covers the elastic. Pin in place.
