Andrew Schweibold met Lauren Grafer when she was walking her toy Australian shepherd, Bella, in the Hamptons, so, when he proposed a year and a half later, it was only natural that he involved Bella and their French bulldog, Baxter. "We walked into our apartment and our dogs were wearing little t-shirts," Lauren says. "One said, 'Will you' and the other said 'Marry us?'"

For their July 12, 2014 nuptials, the pair of animal lovers invited 165 guests to Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Pocantico Hills, New York for a rustic outdoor wedding with a black-tie dress code.

Lauren knew her Ulla-Maija gown was "The One" when she saw her mother's face at the bridal salon. "It made her really happy and she loved the French lace overlay," Lauren says. She paired the trumpet fit, strapless gown with diamond drop earrings borrowed from her best friend, Stephanie.

Andrew wowed in a Tom Ford tux, complete with a cool textured blue jacket.

For the ceremony, Lauren paired her lace gown with a cathedral length veil. To keep things simple, she asked her six 'maids to wear a favorite LBD.

Lauren and Andrew exchanged vows on the farm's patio. They made a giant tree the focal point of the ceremony by hanging mason jars filled with pink and white flowers on its branches. White lanterns and greenery lined the aisle for a simple, organic look.

The couple didn't write their own vows, instead choosing to personalize their day in private. "Andrew surprised me by decorating the bridal suite with relics from our relationship," Lauren says. "There were pictures from the first trip we went on and a menu from the restaurant where we had our first date."

After cocktail hour in the venue's garden, where they grow their veggies and flowers, guests moved inside the restored barn for a seated farm-to-table meal.

To decorate the not-so-typical ballroom, Lauren, an event planner by trade, teamed up with florist Stonekelly Events to cover the tables in burlap linens and flower arrangements in varying heights. They kept each arrangement monochromatic, with the white peonies and pink calla lilies in tall vases and the hypericum in silver mint julep cups.

After a fun-filled night of break dancing, rounds of corn hole, and a rockin' band and DJ, the couple honeymooned at Tucker's Point Resort in Bermuda. "We wanted to make sure that no matter what age, everyone had songs they could get moving to," says the bride.
