Boudoir shoots can be very daunting for women, including plus-size brides. While the thought of being photographed in, ahem, very little clothing can be down right frightening, it doesn't have to be! Here are a few tips on how to master a bridal boudoir shoot as a plus-size bride. (We promise your fiancé will love it!)
1. Embrace Your Body
Your partner is marrying you for you — that means he loves every single curve, dimple and imperfection. As your striking a pose, it's important to remember that. Confidence is sexy, so the more you embrace your body, the hotter your pictures will be.
2. Be Comfortable
Find a photographer that puts you at ease. Look for a professional who has experience shooting curvy women so you can ensure he or she knows which angles and poses work best for plus-size brides. Also make sure that you are comfortable with the location and wardrobe. (In most cases you will bring along your own wardrobe.)

3. Don't Be Afraid of the Camera
Let's face it: Unless you're Jennifer Lopez or Kim Kardashian, you're not used to having your picture taken professionally. But instead of being on big ball of nerves at your shoot, try to have fun and trust that your photographer knows what he or she is doing. After all, you get to choose which photos you keep (and which ones you toss), so it's okay to try different looks.
