Every girl could use a little Om in her life, especially brides dealing with wedding drama. From picking a venue to planning the dreaded seating chart, the road to your perfect day may have a few bumps along the way. Add in the stress that comes from wanting the perfect wedding, dress and fit body and we all get a little anxious. Turns out, using mantras, inspirational words and phrases, may help you reach your goal or just calm down.

You'll probably recognize these Inspirational quote images from your Instagram feed or Pinterest boards. These images with quotes cover a range of topics — fitness, food, life, love, etc. But rather than use them as the AIM away message of today, NYC-based Life Coach Julie Holmes says they can be used to change your focus and attract what you desire in life.

In day-to-day bridal life, these images could help you reflect on what your wedding is really about: two people finding life long love. You'll find you quickly have a mantra for everything. Here's proof:

Having last minute regret that you chose the wrong entrée?
"Don't worry, everything is going to be amazing."

Concerned that the photographer isn't getting enough pictures?
"When you try to control everything, you enjoy nothing."

Mom doesn't get the gold plated antlers you're obsessed with and want to add to the centerpieces?
"Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes YOU happy."

Has the wedding gotten larger than life and you need a reminder of what it's all about?
"I want a marriage more beautiful than my wedding."

"However, if you do not physically feel the emotion behind the affirmation, it's probably not going to work," Holmes says. So pick an image or saying that speaks to you and hang it at your desk or in your closet. "When you physically feel the emotion behind the words, your subconscious will become more aware of what it is you are trying to accomplish, and attract you closer to it," Holmes adds.
