"Approach setting your tables the way you do getting dressed: by layering," Lauren says. "Use individual textured centerpieces and incorporate a gleam of silver, candlelight, and a rich china pattern to create a romantic ambiance. And you can't go wrong with blue and white; it's both classic and exotic."
