The Museum of History & Industry has tons to offer couples based in or planning to wed in the Pacific Northwest. Conveniently located in downtown Seattle with views of Lake Union, this unique museum gives new meaning to the phrase industrial loft wedding.

The museum's atrium is a soaring four stories tall and can accommodate up to 750 guests, making MOHAI a great pick for couples looking to host a large bash. You can even dine under a Boeing B-1 mail carrier — talk about built-in décor!

The venue is filled with historical and military artifacts, but can still be adorned to fit your taste level (just look at the photo above!). If you prefer a cozier space for your reception, MOHAI boasts several other pavilions and terraces, all perfect for your wedding day. One such place? The Boeing Community Terrace, which offers views of downtown Seattle and the Space Needle, is a beautiful pick for a sunny, outdoor wedding. The terrace can comfortably hold up to 200 guests so it's perfect for a smaller wedding reception or as an outdoor cocktail hour space.

For an intimate bash with under 75 guests, choose the Stack Family Lakeview Terrace. This open-air rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of Lake Union and Capitol Hill from May to September.

Whichever space you select at MOHAI, your wedding will be filled with tons of unique historical significance you'd be hard-pressed to find elsewhere.
