Talk about a match made in racing heaven! IndyCar series driver Graham Rahal and NHRA driver Courtney Force are headed to the altar — presumably in a very fast car.
The pair, who have been dating since 2013, announced their engagement via Instagram on November 27 while vacationing in Venice, Italy. Rahal shared the photo above with the caption, "Happily engaged to my best friend and lady of my dreams. Can't wait to share our lives together." Based on their photos, their European trip was ultra-romantic! They made a stop in Paris, France for champagne at the Eiffel Tower before heading to Italy for that very memorable occasion.
Rahal wasn't the only one thrilled over their engagement. Force shared similar sentiments with her own photo on Instagram, seen above, saying, "Well I've just been made the happiest girl while in Venice, Italy... This amazing man proposed!! So lucky to have such an incredible man by my side and I look forward to every day in our future together :) love you @grahamrahal "
Based on the photos, Force is sporting one very sparkly, round-cut diamond engagement ring complete with a glamorous pavé band. Check out a close-up of her new bridal bling above, which Rahal happily shared on Instagram.
Force, who is the youngest daughter of the most successful drag racer in history, John Force, isn't just speedy on the racetracks. On December 7, she shared the tweet seen below, which indicates she's already been talking wedding-planning details with her dad!
