We waited a long time for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to get married — their engagement lasted two years! — but now, they're more than happy to dish on their newly-minted marriage, much to our delight.

Vanity Fair just unveiled its December 2014 issue starring the actress, and Jolie opens up about her 3-month-old union inside the cover story. "We were all going to have a wedding," Jolie says of the nuptials, which featured involvement from all six of their children. "There was no cake, so Pax made a cake. The kids made little pillows for the rings and Knox practiced [being a ring bearer] with an acorn that kept falling off the pillow. Brad's mom [Jane Pitt] went and picked some flowers and tied them up."

Not only did their children decorate her veil, they also helped write their parents' vows, Jolie tells the magazine. "They did not expect us never to fight, but they always made us promise to say 'sorry' if we do," she says. "So they said, 'Do you?,' and we said, 'We do!'"

For a couple who admits that pressure from their children played a big role in the decision to marry, it's nice to hear how much they included them in the process. As for actual married life, Jolie admits that "it does feel different."

Good different or bad different? "It feels nice to be husband and wife," she clarified. With that sentiment, she and Pitt are on the exact same page!
