You pretty much can't have a wedding without invitations or stationery of any kind! From save-the-dates to thank-you notes, there are so many instances in which you need just the right kind of paper goods. Luckily for brides, wedding stationery goes far beyond the traditional white paper with black embossed ink (not that there's anything wrong with that!). As with every other wedding detail, there's a design and color and style of stationery for every kind of couple.
We constantly pin pretty paper to our Wedding Invites and Stationery board on Pinterest. Whether it's metallic invitations or crazy unique escort cards, there's literally something for everyone on there. We picked a few of our favorite pins to highlight just what we like so much about invites. Check them out and don't forget to follow us on Pinterest!

The stationery suites in our real weddings always tell us exactly what's popular right now in papery. Romantic, floral details like the ones on this beautiful Rifle Paper Co.-designed set are clearly all the rage, and this shows how the same pattern can be repeated from the envelope to the RSVP card.

Another thing we never seen to pin enough of? Great ideas for wedding menus. Gone are the days that simple menu cards were placed at each setting. Now, couples write food options on chalkboards, windowpanes, and more. We happen to love this menu, which doubles as a placemat. It's rustic, chic, and totally practical.

Brides and grooms are also getting insanely creative with their escort cards. This pin shows eight awesome ways to play with this wedding essential, from bottles of tequila with tags attached to jars of olives.
