So I brought an engagement ring to Disney World and proposed to my favorite Disney Princesses (Part 1/3) pic.twitter.com/5mUdZLDnJR— Blaine Gibson (@BGibbles) July 21, 2014
File this under: The best thing we've seen all day. Pretty much every woman has dreamed, at some point in her life, of the perfect fairy-tale proposal. Guys? Not so much. Yet Austin, Texas's Blaine Gibson not only thought about a princess-worthy proposal, he followed through with it — with at least five recipients!
Before his recent trip to Disney World, Gibson bought a cheap ring at WalMart and decided to make a little magic at the Happiest Place on Earth by proposing to every single Disney Princess he encountered during his trip. To top it off, he tweeted photos and commentary, much to the Internet's delight.
They were all super nice and really beautiful. I also proposed to Gaston because that guy was hilarious (part 2/3) pic.twitter.com/kOcgJUfEJF— Blaine Gibson (@BGibbles) July 21, 2014
As the photos above show, he popped the question to Ariel, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Jasmine (much to Aladdin's chagrin), Tinkerbell, and Gaston ("because that guy was hilarious," Gibson noted on Twitter).
I ended up giving the ring to Tink because she was my last princess. She, Rapunzel and Ariel won my heart. (Part 3/3) pic.twitter.com/5ApjcaIbAR— Blaine Gibson (@BGibbles) July 21, 2014
Ultimately, the special ring went to non-princess Tinkerbell, though Gibson said that Ariel and Rapunzel came close to winning.

Though it was a fun way to visit Disney World, Gibson left with an actual ache in his heart. After all was said and done, Gibson explained in a podcast on Roosterteeth, to which he is a contributor, that he's still dreaming of becoming the Prince Eric to Disney World's Ariel actress.
"Man, Ariel was hot. She was really cool. My hope is that when I tweeted [the photo] ... I would hear back," Gibson said. "Sure enough, I found a guy who tweeted me. He said he went to high school with Cinderella...And I had a Disney employee who was a Roosterteeth fan who said that she found Ariel and was going to give Ariel my Twitter handle."
Hey, they say Disney World is where dreams come true!
