In Season Now: 6 Ways to Use Sweet Peas at Your Wedding

Flowers

It's not surprising so many brides-to-be adore sweet peas: They're ruffly, romantic, fragrant, and come in a variety of colors, ranging from white to coral pink to purple, and just about every shade in between. Plus, the blooms look lovely arranged on their own, but also look great mixed with other springtime blossoms. If you have your heart set on sweet peas, get married in the spring since the flowers are in season right now.

To help get you inspired, we've put together a collection of our favorite floral arrangements featuring pretty sweet peas (we even found a sweet peas-themed wedding cake as a bonus!).

Shades of Pink Bridesmaid Bouquets (above): Bridesmaids at this Connecticut wedding wore champagne-colored dresses and carried sweet-pea bouquets in varying shades of pink.

White Sweet Peas Bridal Bouquet: There's something so classic and romantic about a bouquet made entirely of white sweet peas. The arrangement, created by San Francisco florist Sharla Flock, was finished with a soft-pink striped ribbon.
