One of our favorite TV brides of all time is getting married in real life! The New York Post's Page Six is reporting that Friends alumna Courteney Cox is engaged to her boyfriend, Snow Patrol guitarist Johnny McDaid.

The blue-eyed couple of nearly a year are ready to the knot soon, according to sources. "Johnny loves her [Courteney's] daughter Coco, and he wants to marry Courteney. They have discussed getting engaged and everyone thinks it is going to happen."

Coco is, of course, Cox's daughter with ex-husband David Arquette, to whom she was married for 14 years before finalizing their divorce last year.

And it sounds like Cox's future husband is well-liked by all of her friends: "She met Johnny through Ed Sheeran, who is friends with Jen Aniston. All of Courteney's friends love Johnny, which is great because Jen wasn't so fond of David Arquette," the source adds.

For Cox's part, she's been vocal about her relationship. "I couldn't be happier," she recently said, and praised McDaid after he wrote three original songs for her movie directorial debut. "He supports me in every way," she said at the film's premiere in April. "He supports me creatively. He really believed in the movie...and not just because he likes me, though I know that helps."

The rocker is equally as laudatory of his actress girlfriend. "She gets music. She gets art. She gets the way a scene gets constructed, the way dialogue works. And she puts it all together in her mind and then explains it to the world and makes movies that make people laugh and cry, squirm and jump, all those things."

Congratulations to the happy couple!
