The Final Countown: The Bachelor's Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici Share Last-Minute Wedding Details

Former Bachelor Sean Lowe and fiancée Catherine Giudici's televised wedding is finally (almost!) here, and thankfully, the two are still as open about their wedding plans as ever!

During an appearance on Good Morning America today, the couple chatted excitedly about her wedding dress (Lowe gamely put on noise-canceling headphones as Giudici described her gown), their theme, and who will cry first.

"I've always felt like a cute girl, and just trying to be fun and playful, but this time I'm really coming out as a woman, and I want to wear something very form-fitting and sexy," Giudici explained. We won't argue that she seems like a blast—her infectious giggle and spontaneity clearly won over her future husband while she was a contestant on The Bachelor—but we love that she's using her wedding day to show off a more mature side as she becomes a wife.

Her all-grown-up dress (which we're dying to see) goes perfectly with their "grown sexy" wedding theme. That concept, they explained, is intended to contrast with their whimsical dynamic as a couple. Their wedding will have some of those fun elements, of course, but with an overarching romantic vibe.

Given their trendy, hipster-esque save-the-date cards and wedding invitations , can totally picture them having contemporary wedding reception elements like a dress-up photo booth or coordinated dance to brighten up the atmosphere. One thing we do know for sure, thanks to hte premarital pop quiz they took at the end of the segment: their first dance song. They'll sway to Randy Rogers Band's "One Woman."

All speculation aside, Lowe did clear up one thing—he guaranteed that he'll be the first one of the two to cry on their wedding day. "I can't help but tear up every time I talk about Catherine," he said. And if that's not enough to get you to tune into their televised nuptials on Jan. 26, consider this: Lowe is the first Bachelor contestant to marry his pick from the show's finale. There's history in the making here, folks!
