33 Couples Say "I Do" at the Grammys!

TV & Movies

Sean Lowe and Catherine Giuidici's live wedding captivated most Bachelor fans last night, but anyone watching the Grammys got to watch an unforgettable live wedding of their own!

In what's sure to be the most talked-about part of the live awards show, 33 lucky couples—both heterosexual and same-sex—had a wedding for the ages, thanks to an all-star officiant, celeb-studded guest list and pretty much the best wedding band ever.

Yep, in case you missed it, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Mary Lambert kicked off a mass wedding in the middle of the show, singing their anthem to love and marriage for all, "Same Love."

With a backup band and gospel choir in action, Queen Latifah (who was sworn in as an official, so the mass ceremony was totally legal!) entered the stage through a pair of clear, cathedral-like doors and announced, "We are gathered here to celebrate love and harmony in every key and every color." She instructed them to exchange rings and say, "I do"—and as she declared them all married, the Queen of Pop herself emerged, clad in a white suit, white ten-gallon hat, and a cane. For one night only, Madonna was a wedding singer!

Madge belted out "Open Your Heart" as the newly-married couples sang along, danced, hugged, and wiped away tears. We're pretty sure it'll be hard for anyone to beat that first-dance song for a long time.

The couples then ended their blowout ceremony with a one-in-a-lifetime recessional, walking down the aisles past people like Keith Urban (who was caught wiping away a tear) and Katy Perry (who caught a bouquet!).

Watch the entire moving "ceremony" above. And congratulations to all of the newlyweds!
