The editors of Brides have been eagerly anticipating Naeem Khan's premiere wedding dress collection after he closed out his Spring/Summer 2014 ready-to-wear runway with a few gorgeous white gowns. Khan, a celebrity favorite, is known for his intricately embellished evening wear (he's a red carpet regular), fine tailoring, and decadent details. The designer is so beloved that he's even dressed the nation's first lady of fashion, Michelle Obama. Needless to say, all of the hype was well deserved—his first bridal collection did not disappoint in the least.

"For my first bridal collection, I thought about where the modern bride is saying her vows—the city, the garden, and the beach," Khan said of his debut line. "Each of my Fall/Winter 2014 gowns are inspired by cities that feature some of the best venues in the world."

Khan utilized an array of fabrics—chiffon, gazaar, organza and tulle—to highlight the uniquely beaded bustiers, floral appliqués, and Art Deco-inspired embellishments. It's safe to say we'll be keeping a close eye on Khan!
