This summer, I've been in love with mint green—nail polish, skinny jeans, you name it. Which is probably why I simply adore this stunning wedding confection by Faye Cahill Cake Design, a wonderful bakery based in Sydney, Australia. To create this cake, pastry chef Faye Cahill covered the three tiers with smooth pastel-green fondant, then topped each tier with romantic cascades of sugarpaste ruffles. I love this design for spring and summer weddings; the soft mint color and romantic frills are the perfect complement to an elegant celebration.
