2 parts Absolut Miami
1.5 parts fresh orange juice
1.5 parts fresh pineapple juice
Build over ice in a highball glass and stir. Garnish with a pineapple spear and lime wedge.
2 parts Absolut Miami
1 part simply syrup
.75 parts fresh lemon juice
Soda water
In a mixing glass gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice. Add Absolut Miami and ice. Shake an strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
