There's more!

Kim Kardashian! Google released its annual Zeitgeist report this morning, which reveals the most popular and fastest-rising search terms of the year. Among queries for Rebecca Black's "Friday" (more than 167 million YouTube views!) and the release of Apple's iPad 2 (more searched than even "iPhone"), two celebrity weddings went head to head in 2011, both claiming rights to "Wedding of the Year" and both capturing the world's attention with their sisters in white.

But, considering that Kim Kardashian's marriage to Kris Humphries lasted an infamous 72 days before she filed for divorce, it's not too surprising that the reality star beat out England's future queen. We crunched our own search numbers to see how Kate and Kim fared on Brides.com—and here's what we found:

1) Kate Middleton
2) Chelsea Clinton
3) Kim Kardashian
4) Reese Witherspoon
5) Kate Moss

The world may have feasted on the demise of Kim K.'s marriage this year, but our readers at least prevailed with a touch more class. Search on, brides! —Phillip B. Crook
