Spiced Chocolate
1 oz. Patrón XO Cafe
1.5 oz. Patrón Reposado
.75 oz. dark chocolate liqueur
.5 oz. heavy cream
3 pinches of crushed red pepper
Directions: Combine all ingredients except heavy cream; shake and strain into a glass. Shake heavy cream and spoon the freshly whipped cream on top of cocktail. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes.
Grey Goose® La Poire Sake Nog
1 1/2 parts Grey Goose® La Poire Flavored Vodka
1 tablespoon roasted or canned pumpkin puree
3/4 part sake
2 parts rice milk
1/2 part agave nectar
Directions: Heat rice milk in a small pot or microwave until warm. Add remaining ingredients and stir well, heating to desired temperature. Pour into a mug and garnish with star anise powder...
Grey Goose® La Poire Almond Froth
1 1/2 parts Grey Goose® La Poire Flavored Vodka
1/4 part brandy
1 part unsweetened almond milk
3/4 part agave nectar
Directions: In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
Hot Mexican Cider
1.5 oz. Kahlúa Cinnamon Spice
3 oz. hot apple cider
.25 oz. fresh lemon juice
Directions: Shake all ingredients and serve in glass mug. Garnish with dash of nutmeg or cinnamon.
