Umm, why didn't I think of this? Julie Peres is the mastermind behind Immaculate Confections, a Los Angeles-based line of boozy liquor-infused desserts and cakes. The dessert menu reads like something you'd find at a swanky cocktail bar, with cake concoctions featuring Chambord, bourbon, Grand Marnier, and Frangelico. We sampled the decadent bittersweet chocolate bourbon cake (made with an orange-scented Jim Beam bourbon glaze) and the classic rum-soaked butter cake—mmmm delish! The beautiful cakes would make a boozy addition to your wedding dessert display or bridal shower (they're available in mini bundt cake versions, too); spiked tarts, cookies, brownies, and macaroons are also available. Though Immaculate Confections is based in LA, they ship nationwide (lushes around the country all breathe a collective sigh of relief). —Heather Lee
