"Jason and I wanted our wedding to feel like a tropical garden getaway in the middle of the city," says LaTonya, who wore a Renella De Fina gown and Landau crystal earrings. The 7 p.m. ceremony was held in front of 200 guests on the lawn of the rose garden at the Atlanta Botanical Garden. The couple exchanged vows before an "altar" featuring two arrangements of hydrangeas and roses in stone urns. The reception was held in Day Hall, an event space at the botanical garden. The tables, which were named for various cities in Georgia, featured tall arrangements of banana leaves. Guests dined on fried chicken and beef tenderloin catered by Sun in My Belly. The buttercream-frosted wedding cake, by Cakes by Debbie, featured a dotted floral motif and fresh roses. Later in the evening, everyone hit the dance floor to a mix of tunes spun by DJ Greg Wilson. "They were all having such a good time, we had to kick them out at the end of the night!" says LaTonya.
