Your Paris Wedding is Just a Postcard Away

Oh, if only Paris were pocket-sized so I could pull out the City of Light whenever the mood struck for baguettes, smoky cafes, or a populous of innately chic dressers. But, seeing as how my jeans cannot accommodate 11 million Parisians, the next-best thing might as well be a postcard. (Remember those? You put something called a stamp on it.)

The Paris Collection from Little Brown Pen, an NYC metro-area studio owned by Nichole and Evan Robertson, transforms the couple's travel photos into colorful mosaics of life in the city. Aside from displaying the wrought beauty of all things French, the postcards potentially serve another, touch-more-bridal purpose: Invite your guests to a Paris destination (or Paris-themed) wedding as if you were sending the card direct from the city. An actual image of Paris rings far more authentic than a cliché print of a poodle, n'est-ce pas? If you're not a Francophile like me (what's wrong with you?!), postcard invites apply to any destination affair you have in mind. "Greetings from Florida" has a certain tan appeal to it. —Phillip B.
