Budget-saving idea: Instead of shelling out for floral arrangements and a dessert spread at your reception, consolidate by opting for bouquets of gelato flowers. Two birds, one cone! All right, fine, just kidding. But the layered petals of Amorino's gelato chrysanthemums do look delicious, drawing on 22 different flavors, including amaretto, passion fruit, and coffee. Founded by two childhood friends, Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi, Amorino took root in Europe before recently opening a new location in New York City.
