In the third installment of our series following wedding planner Sarah Pease of Brilliant Event Planning as she plans her own wedding, Sarah and her fiancé, Cass, decide whom to include in their wedding party:

Having agonized over the choice of location (and eventually choosing New York), we decided to focus next on an easier decision. While choosing the bridal party can be contentious for many couples, for us, it was an easy decision. It was important for me to have my sister as the maid of honor, and since Cass wanted his brother to be the best man, we decided to keep things simple and dispense with the entourage of bridesmaids and groomsmen. Having only two honor attendants also fits in with the uncomplicated ceremony we're aiming for. Bridal party = done!

Stay tuned for further installments to see what comes next in Sarah and Cass's planning process. —Lauren Matthews
