Are we doing this now? Really? Sure, cheesecake in a jar looks pretty, and the recipe from I Am Baker seems perfectly delicious, and I'll even concede that this would be a fitting individual dessert for guests at a rustic wedding... but I'm not convinced. I need my cheesecake crust to be readily available upon first bite, not detained at the bottom of a squatty, thick-glass jar. Thoughts? —Phillip B. Crook
